FAQ
How Clear Pulse Works
The questions readers ask most about who writes this, who checks it, and what it is for.
Ask Us Something ElseNo. Everything on Clear Pulse is general education, written for a broad audience and not for your specific situation. It cannot account for your history, your medication, or anything a clinician would find by examining you. Use it to arrive at a better-informed conversation with a healthcare professional, not to replace one.
Licensed clinicians. Every article in a health category is checked by a medical reviewer before publication, and their name, credential, and review date appear on the page. Reviewers check clinical claims against current guidance and can send an article back. They are paid for their review time and never for a particular conclusion.
We work from primary sources: peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews, clinical guidelines, and national health bodies such as the NHS, CDC, and WHO. We prefer reviews and guidelines to single studies, and when a claim rests on one small or preliminary study we say so in the text rather than presenting it as settled. We do not cite supplement industry material as evidence.
We say it is unclear. A lot of nutrition and lifestyle research is observational, short, or done in small groups, and the honest answer is often that the effect is real but modest, or that nobody knows yet. We would rather publish that than manufacture certainty for the headline.
Advertising, and some affiliate links where a reader might buy a product we have written about. Commission never determines whether we recommend something, sponsored content is always labelled, and we do not run affiliate links to supplements, medication, or anything making a treatment claim. Our full affiliate disclosure and privacy policy are linked in the footer.
Email support@clear-pulse.com with the article link and what you think is wrong. We correct factual errors promptly and add a dated note to the article saying what changed, rather than editing quietly. Topic suggestions and reviewer applications go to the same address.
